These general conditions are intended to regulate the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Web platform for booking tours and tourist and leisure activities https://www.busvision.net/ (hereafter referred to as “THE YELLOW TOURS”) whose owner is JIMENEZ DORADO VIAJES SL domiciled in the Carrera de San Jerónimo, 3- 28014 Madrid.

  1. Acceptance of the Conditions
    Access to the THE YELLOW TOURS Platform and reserve the activities offered, implies the acquisition of the status of User of the Platform and the declaration that, as a User, you have read, understood and accept these General Conditions that define the rights and obligations of THE YELLOW TOURS and the User in the contracting of the tours and tourist and leisure activities of THE YELLOW TOURS.
  2. Reservation of activities

To make the reservation of the activities offered by THE YELLOW TOURS you must follow the process established in the Platform. Specifically, you have to select the activity of your interest, the date, time and number of people, and fill in the online booking form with the personal data requested. It is important that you review the information provided and correct any errors before making your reservation confirmation effective since, once you do so (“click” on the confirmation tab) you will not be able to modify your data. By completing this form, you are indicating that you have read and understood the description of the activity and accept these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you especially consider the Cancellation Policy before making your reservation. In addition, you should keep in mind that, in the event that the activities are subject to restrictions, it is your responsibility to comply with the requirements demanded by the activity and it is understood that this is when you make the reservation. Once your reservation is paid, it will be processed by THE YELLOW TOURS.

  1. Booking Confirmation

Depending on the activity reserved, you will receive confirmation of it immediately, or within a maximum period of 24 hours you will receive the confirmation and bonus of your reservation by email. THE YELLOW TOURS makes every effort to quickly update the availability of activities but cannot always guarantee the availability of all activities for all proposed dates. This is the reason why some activities need to be verified with the collaborator who performs it before they can send you the confirmation of your reservation. In these cases, you will receive confirmation by email within a maximum period of 24 hours from the reservation (the average time required also depends on the diligent action of our collaborators). In the exceptional case that THE YELLOW TOURS could not confirm your reservation, we will offer you alternative dates or other activities that may be of interest to you. If you are not satisfied with the options we offer, you will have the possibility to cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you have paid. There will be no compensation if the activity chosen is not available.

  1. Bonds
    Once we confirm your reservation, you will receive by email a personalized THE YELLOW TOURS voucher that you must show to the corresponding collaborator at the time of the activity. Your reservation will be accepted exclusively by presenting a valid THE YELLOW TOURS BUSVISIÓN voucher. THE YELLOW TOURS will provide electronic copies of the corresponding bonuses for each reservation made. Keep in mind that each activity has an independent bonus. It is your responsibility to keep the voucher and present it to the collaborator before starting the activity, together with a valid photo identification document. The bonus can be invalidated if the above is not fulfilled.
  2. Prices, inclusions and exclusions

The price of the activities offered by the THE YELLOW TOURS Platform includes the I.V.A. and any other tax that was applicable to the rate in effect at the time you make the reservation of the activity. In the price everything included in the “Included” section is included in the description of each activity. The price of the activities does not include any extra or service not specifically mentioned in the “Included” section of the activity description.

  1. Payments

To book an activity through the THE YELLOW TOURS Platform, you must pay the price indicated in the description of each activity at the time of booking. In case you have a discount code of THE YELLOW TOURS, this will be applied at the moment of payment immediately. To do this you just have to enter the discount code in the corresponding field of the form with your reservation data. This field is clearly visible and identified in the reservation form. You can pay your activity by credit or debit card and through PayPal and Stripe.


No charge or commission will be applied to process payments for your card reservations. Your payment information (for example, card number and expiration date among others) will be processed securely by means of an SSL security protocol, being used only to perform the procedure corresponding to your purchase or the issuance of refunds in the case of cancellation. The THE YELLOW TOURS Platform does not store your payment data or have access to them, only you and the entities that process the payment in a safe and reliable way, will have access to them. In the event that you do not pay the reserved activity or revoke the payment, THE YELLOW TOURS will omit any possible claim. If you make the payment of your reservation in a currency other than the euro, your bank or card company may charge fees to convert the payment of your currency to euros, which will cause differences between the amount charged by the Platform THE YELLOW TOURS and the amount final that will be charged to your bank account or that will appear on your credit or debit card statement.

  1. Modifications and rectifications of reservations

To request modifications or rectifications of your reservation, write to atencionalcliente@theyellowtour.com specifying the reservation number, your name and the date of the reserved activity. We will answer your request as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we cannot change or modify tickets for a special event, museum, theater or show. The sales of these tickets are final and cannot be modified once the reservation is confirmed. All other requests for change of date or other modifications will be met, but will not be guaranteed, pending the availability of our collaborators. 

9. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a reserved activity or request a refund, you must do so by sending an email to atencionalcliente@theyellowtour.com with the reservation number, name and date of the activity. The cancellation policy of an activity varies according to the terms of the collaborator performing the activity. The information of the cancellation policy of each activity is usually detailed in the description of the activity itself and in the voucher of your reservation. However, in case of not specifying or there is any obvious error in said cancellation policy, cancellations and refunds will be governed according to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the tour depature or the start of the reserved activity will refund you 100% of amount paid. You will only not be entitled to any refund if you cancel within the previous 24 hours or don´t show up on the day of your reservation at the agreed time. Similarly, THE YELLOW TOURS will not make any refund once the activity has begun and it is abandoned for any reason. The corresponding reimbursement will be made between 24 and 48 hours from the cancellation of the activity in the same method of payment with which you paid the reservation, which will be notified via email. Once the order is given, refunds made with a debit / credit card can take 5 to 7 business days to appear reflected in your bank account and up to 30 days in the case of some foreign cards. Refunds made through Paypal will be effective in less than 24 hours. Keep in mind that special events with limited places, such as the Christmas Lights Tour, do not allow cancellation, change or modification of the reservation.

10. Change or Cancellation of an activity by THE YELLOW TOURS and its collaborators

The employees of THE YELLOW TOURS reserve the right to cancel a certain activity without adhering to the cancellation period established if weather conditions, governmental actions, unpredictable or unavoidable external circumstances jeopardize or make the performance of the activity impossible or much more difficult. In those cases, the collaborator himself, or in his absence THE YELLOW TOURS, will notify you by email of said changes or cancellations and will propose you, or another date for the realization of the activity, or alternative activities that may be of interest to you. In the event that it is not possible to set another date or this or other activities that we propose are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount of the reservation, leaving any compensation for damages or other damages claims. Sometimes, our collaborators make changes in activities, such as dates, times, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a consequence, THE YELLOW TOURS, on behalf of its collaborators, reserves the right to cancel, change or replace any detail of the activities at any time and for any reason. Likewise, our employees reserve the right to make minor changes in the programs of the activities if it is considered necessary due to unforeseeable or avoidable circumstances, without this altering their essence or committing us to make reimbursement or any compensation.

11. Responsibility

The collaborators (companies, agencies, tour guides, etc.) providers of the services and activities offered on this Platform are independent and not agents or employees of THE YELLOW TOURS. Therefore, THE YELLOW TOURS is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, declarations, guarantees, breaches, negligence or improper conduct of any such collaborators, nor for any type of personal injury, death, property damage or other damages or expenses arising from it or arising in any other way from the reservation or use by you of an activity or service. THE YELLOW TOURS will not be responsible for any type of delay, itinerary change or cancellation of an activity by a collaborator.

12. Applicable laws and competent jurisdiction.

You accept that the legislation applicable to the operation of these General Conditions is Spanish and that the Judges and Courts of the city of Madrid will be competent to hear the differences arising from the interpretation or application of these conditions.
