We offer 2 departures every day from Neptune Fountain.

• Option #1: Departs at 9am and returns to Madrid at 3:00pm (15:00).
• Option #2: Departs at 12:00pm and returns to Madrid at 6:00pm (18:00).

***However, we also offer a pick-up 30 minutes earlier, in a much more central location in Madrid (next to Gran Vía, in our VISITOR CENTRE), for you to use if the location suits you better.

Redeem printed vouchers as well as digital vouchers with a barcode/ QR code at Big Bus stop #1 on Neptune Fountain by the tourist bus stop in front of Madrid Tourist Office. Please arrive 15min before your departure.
