If you arrive late, you lose your reservation and there is no refund.

Our staff, clearly identified, will check you in and direct you to the correct line for your time slot.

No. Seats are not numbered and are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within each line/time slot.

Approximate duration: 50 minutes.

No. You can only board at the start and get off at the end. Getting off during the tour is prohibited, except for health reasons, after informing a staff member on board.

No. Consuming food or drinks and smoking are not allowed during the experience.

Yes. The route may be modified due to traffic restrictions or instructions from local authorities; an alternative planned route will be used.

Yes, as long as the number of people in the booking remains the same and the booking has not already been validated at check-in.

The service is not cancelled due to rain.

Cancellations are not allowed. Date and/or time changes are possible if requested at least 48 hours in advance through the Information & Reservations team.

If an internal error occurs in the payment gateway (incorrect charge or no charge), we reserve the right to cancel the incorrect booking, contact you, and process it again correctly.
